  • We do not store personal data, or payment details. Processed images will be stored for 1 hour with our storage partner Amazon AWS and then permanently deleted. We have no access to stored images in keeping in line with our commitment to customer privacy.

  • The AI background removal API processes images temporarily and stores images for 1 hour.

  • Stripe may retain payment details as per financial regulations.
